Is the free tier actually free?
Yes. No credit card, no time limit. You get 3 incident scenarios, the global leaderboard, daily challenges, and post-incident debriefs. You can even try a scenario before signing up.
What kind of incidents are included?
Real-world production failures: database connection pool exhaustion, SSL certificate expiry, terraform state disasters, memory leaks, DNS failures, Kubernetes crashloops, and more. Each scenario is modeled on actual incidents that have taken down real companies.
How realistic are the simulations?
You get a real terminal, live logs, and ticking metrics. You run actual diagnostic commands (kubectl, psql, dig, openssl, etc.) and apply real fixes. It's the closest thing to a production incident without the 3 AM pager.
Is there a free trial?
